Event Description:

Do you think culture is something only the CEO and leadership can affect? Do you feel your company culture is out of your hands? We believe that individuals make up a culture and can influence the culture of an organization. We are going to take the macro culture and bring it down to the micro level; us as individuals. Join us for a lively lunch-time discussion and experience how you can Impact Culture in Your Workplace – DIY-style! There will also be an opportunity to network. Boxed lunch is provided.

This is the third event presented by the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce’ new Young Professionals committee, to support their mission: To establish a community that advances the goals of young professionals through networking and professional development events and access to women leaders in a variety of industries.

She helps organize Culture Labx CO and hosts a Denver People Operations breakfast once a month.

Her favorite core principle at Fluid is forgiveness. “So many times unhealthy culture is created because people start to tally up their offenses instead of working things out with one another. This creates bitterness and seeps into all aspects of work and home life. We talk & implement forgiveness and moving forward at Fluid. It makes our team stronger, happier and more collaborative.” And Ashlee has no sense of smell.
